OTIGA Refund & Return Policy

At OTIGA, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns  
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Worn or used items  
- Items damaged after delivery  
- Final sale or discounted items (if stated)

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.  
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For bank transfer payments, refunds will be sent to a bank account provided by the customer.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof (photos or videos). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
